“Very friendly customer service right from the start but they didn’t use the coupon we left for either oil change, or Emissions/Safety which where two of the three things being done. They did fix the wiring issue and give us a reasonable quote for two items we requested. Jake’s has always been able to take care of our needs in a timely manner but I do suggest you make and an appointment since they are busy.”
